2. The Catalogue Tier

This is the live inventory spine. It ingests thousands of SKUs, part numbers, titles, and prices from major powersports distributors. Because Umisaiah understands the gear on a fundamental level (Tier 1), it can look at a generic catalogue listing (Tier 2) and instantly cross-reference it with its deep safety and sizing knowledge.

How It Works Under the Hood

Without revealing the secret sauce, the core difference is that Umisaiah does not guess.

When a customer asks, "What's the cheapest CE AA rated mesh jacket under $400 in size Large?" a generic AI tries to guess the answer based on semantic similarity. Umisaiah uses a highly advanced structured tool-calling architecture. It actively filters the database for < $400, exact-matches the CE AA homologation code, verifies the size chart, and returns a confident, factual answer.

If it doesn't know, it has a strict policy to admit it, rather than inventing a specification.
